Partner Portal

The Partner Portal has been introduced. With the Partner Portal, your partners can submit data to the programs they are enrolled to and manage their submissions in an efficient and intuitive way.

MFT automation

When the Structured Data Capture subscription is approved for your account, the MFT inboxes setup, application users creation in your and Edifecs's accounts, and MFT agreements' updates are performed automatically.

Copy submission records or submissions

You, as a partner, now can copy records from one specific submission to another one regardless of the submission status as well as a complete submission to create a new draft submission.

Submission response reconciliation

You can process transmissions sent by Structure Data Capture in your backend systems. This allows you to further validate the data that has been submitted by your partners and share validation reports with responses to reconcile your partners' corresponding submissions.

Enrollment in your own programs

You can also enroll yourself or the users of your organization as submitters to different programs so that they can access your organization Partner Portal to view and submit the data to those programs.

Forms creation

You can create your own forms that are available only to your organization account.

Change the form name and the description

Program owners can edit the names and descriptions of the forms added to the program when they are in the draft state. Name is a mandatory field and should have the maximum length of 200 characters. Description is an optional field and can have a maximum length of 1000 characters.

Availability of reminder icon on multiple places

A reminder icon has been added from where you can see overdue submissions and act on them not only through the Overdue Submissions section on the Dashboard page but also through the Incoming Submissions page, the Programs > Submissions page, the Program > Submitter > Submissions page, and the Program > Overview tab.

Splash Screen

A splash screen has been added to the Welcome page and you now see the message Welcome to Structured Data Capture. Let’s get started.. This page displays many useful and clickable links such as Manage Programs, View Enrolled Programs, and Go to Dashboard. On the bottom-left of the page, you see a checkbox that says Don’t show this again and when you select the checkbox, the Welcome page does not open when you sign in the next time.
