Enroll Submitters

You can enroll submitters to different programs so that they can view and submit data to those programs. You can enroll a submitter even when a program is in a Planning status. However, SDC invites the submitter only after you publish the program.

You can also enroll yourself or the users of your organization as submitters to the programs created by you or them so that they can submit the claim data entries and access your organization Partner Portal to view these programs in which they are enrolled.

To enroll a submitter:

  1. On the Programs page, click the name of the program to which you want to enroll the submitters.
  2. On the Submitters tab, click Get Started (first -time enrollment) or Enroll.
  3. On the Enroll Submitters page, select the name of the users that you want to enroll to this program.

    Note SDC displays only the list of submitters who have not yet been enrolled to a program.

  4. Click .

If you are not able to find a partner in the list, you can register the partner in Smart Trading Cloud TPM. To know how to register a partner in TPM, see Register Partners in the Trading Partner Management Help Center.

Dis-enroll Submitters

You can dis-enroll submitters from a program, if you do not want them to execute or access the program.

  1. On the Programs page, click the name of the program from which you want to dis-enroll the submitters.
  2. On the Submitters tab, click against the submitter name.
  3. Click Confirm on the confirmation pop-up.
