Manage Submissions
If you do not have the data available for submission for a particular duration, you can choose to skip the submission for that duration. In this case, SDC does not mark the submissions overdue and also does not send reminders for data submission.

Submission Response Reconciliation
Your program owner can process transmissions sent by Structure Data Capture in their backend system, for example, XEServer routes, to further validate the data that you, as a provider, have submitted to them. So they can fetch validation reports on response reconciliation and share them with you for your corresponding submissions.
Submissions can have the following statuses by a response:
- Pending: When a certain submission is being drafted by you, as a provider.
- Submitted: When a certain submission is submitted to a program owner.
- Processed: When a certain submission has received a response from your program owner’s backend system.
