Programs

You, as a partner of a program owner, when enrolled in the programs are called Submitters. Submitters are responsible for submitting the data using the Forms or Upload.

As a Submitter, you can

  • Submit data to the programs you are enrolled to.
  • View all the submissions you sent.

To view submission forms within a program:

  1. On the Programs page, click a program name for which you want to view the forms.
  2. Click the Submission Forms tab.
  3. Click a form name to view the fields included in the form.

Manage enrollments

When an account enrolls you into a program, SDC sends you an invitation. You can either accept or decline this invitation.

To accept or decline an enrollment invitation:

  1. Open SDC.
  2. From the left navigation, click . The Programs page is displayed.
  3. Click a program name with the status New.
  4. Click Accept or Decline, depending on the action that you want to take.
  5. Click on the confirmation pop-up.

After you accept an enrollment invitation, you can view the following tabs on the program details page:

  • Overview - View the summary, details of the program organization and program owner, and the recent submissions you sent.
  • Submissions - Submit data using a form or by uploading the files.
  • Submission Forms - View all the forms available for data submission within a program.
