The Validation task has been introduced and allows your partners to validate their EDI transactions against set standards and guidelines.

The Service Requests module

The Service Requests module has been introduced and allows filing an issue as well as establishing communication between users (program owners, partners, and internal users of an organization).

Private and public programs

A program owner can now define if a certain program should be public or private.

The Branching task

The Branching task has been introduced and allows you to design various workflows within a program based on the answers provided by a certain partner to a particular question in a certain task.

Portal Configuration

The Portal Configuration section has been introduced and allows you, as a payer, to configure the Partner Portal for your partners. From the Portal Configuration section, you can copy the Partner Portal URL to publish on your organization website to make it easy for your partners to access Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service.

Partner Portal

The Partner Portal has been introduced. By defining and employing a streamlined process in this portal, your partners can achieve their business goals in an efficient and intuitive way. With the Partner Portal, you, as a payer, can onboard new trading partners and collaborate with your existing partners for different business initiatives.

Program Management enhancement

The Enrolled Programs module is now provided only to payers who opt this module as a premium add-on.

The API Collection task

Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service allows you to configure your APIs to be executed for streamlining and automating partner onboarding.

Task types' enhancements

These enhancements include:

• The Post Executiontask properties (required fields) for different tasks.
• Failure messages are now applicable only for the API Collection task and can be added for each API.
• The option to reset a task within a program for a particular enrolled user and reset the task's state regardless of its current status.

Environment variables setup for program and enrollment execution

Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service allows you to add program and enrollment execution level variables (key-value pairs) that you can edit or delete.

Import/Export API configuration to/from an API collection task

You have an option to import/export an API configuration (the Content Configuration) with the post-task execution variables configured for each API as a file in the JSON format from an API collection task.

Automatic task completion

You can automatically submit or complete a task, which does not require review, if all the configured APIs in the API collection task are executed successfully.

Share Information task enhancement

You can share the outcome of the tasks within a program with your partner who has executed the program.
