Note Only a program owner or an admin user can modify/delete a program or perform any operation with a program. Other users have read-only access to the program. ![]() After you have designed a program, publish it to make the program active. When you publish a program, Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service sends out invites to the enrolled partners. The published programs become active on the start date specified in the configuration. Note You cannot publish programs that contain no tasks. To publish a program:
![]() You can enroll/disenroll the trading partners that you want to add as program participants in/from any program. To enroll a partner in a program:
Note A partner can be enrolled in the same program multiple times. For example, when a vendor organization is going through their application onboarding process, the organization can enroll the vendor organization multiple times in the same program for different applications. Partners can self-enroll themselves in a certain program. ![]() Also, a partner can self-enroll in a certain program. Such a certain partner self-enrollment in a program is automatically approved. After the partner self-enrolls in a specific program, this program becomes available on the Active Programs tab of the Programs page. Note that if the partner has a Smart Trading account, but there is no existing partnership between the partner and a Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service subscriber, then this partner's self-enrollment in a program establishes a partnership between both accounts through a default partner registration template. You can cancel an invitation of a partner who has been invited to be enrolled in your program but has not accepted your invitation yet. To cancel an invitation:

![]() You can delete an In Design program anytime. When you delete the program in the In Design state, the program disappears completely. Note The programs in states Published, Active, or Ended cannot be deleted. To delete a program with the state In Design:

When you end a published program, the program becomes inactive and shows up under the Inactive Programs tab, on the Programs page, and on the Enrolled Programs page. Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service ends the program automatically on the end date specified in the program configuration. To end a published program:

When you create a program, enroll partners in the program, and publish the program, Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service sends out invites to the enrolled partners. In the same way, when another organization’s program owner enrolls your organization in a program, you receive an invite which you can then accept or decline. To accept or decline a program invite, open the Program Invites tab on the Enrolled Programs page, and then click Accept or Decline. To view more information on the program that you have been invited to join, click the program name.
