Perform a Task as a Program Owner
As a program owner, you can execute tasks that are intended for the internal users of your organization. Besides program owners, these tasks can also be executed by a specific user or all internal users of your organization depending on task configuration.
To execute a task associated with a program as a program owner:
- On the Programs page, on the Active Programs tab, click the name of the program where you want to execute a task.
- Select the task from the Overview tab, or select the task under the Tasks tab.
- Select the partner for whom you want to execute the task, and then click Execute.
- Follow the instructions provided by the program owner, and then click Save.
- Click Mark Complete if the task is not set for internal review. Otherwise, click Submit for Review.
Approve/Reject a task
Once a partner executes a task that you have set for internal review, you (as a program owner) receive a notification, and you can approve or reject the task after you review it.
To approve or reject a task:
- On the Active Programs tab of the Programs page, click the name of a program.
- Under the Tasks tab, select a task submitted for the review, and then click Approve or Reject after you review the task.
