Get Started

To be able to sign in to Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service, you must have a Smart Trading account.

To start using Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service:

  1. Go to https://onboarding.sandbox.kollab.link and click Sign Up to create a Smart Trading account or sign in using your credentials if you already have one.
  2. Contact your account administrator to enable Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service subscription. If you are an administrator, go to https://auth.sandbox.kollab.link and enable Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service for your organization's account.

To use Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service, as health plan administrators or program owners, consider the following steps:

  1. On the Program in Design page, create a new program.
  2. Add tasks to your program.
  3. Configure added tasks.
  4. Enroll partners in your program.
  5. Publish your program.
  6. Review and close completed tasks.
  7. Monitor and track progress made during program execution.
  8. Configure the Partner Portal to make the portal publically available.

To start using Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service:

  1. Use the program owner's published URL for the Partner Portal on their organization's website, for example, https://onboarding.sandbox.kollab.link/#/portal/edifecs, and then click Sign Up to create Smart Trading accounts for your organization/individual user or sign in using your credentials if you already have one.
  2. Get familiar with the Partner Portal on the Home page.
  3. View statistics on all the programs, program tasks, enrollment purposes and descriptions of each program on the Programs page.
  4. View your active and inactive programs on the Active Programs and Inactive Programs tabs of the Programs page.
  5. Accept/decline program invitations in the Invitations pane of the Programs page or self-enroll yourself in the Programs Available to Enroll pane.
  6. View the task summary for each of your program on a specific program's page.
  7. Execute tasks of a specific program.

In the left pane of Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service, click the section My Profile ( on the toolbar).

In the My Profile section, you can:

  • View and edit your first and last name.
  • View your email address.
  • Change your password.
  • Enable multi-factor authentication.
  • View the name and the account ID of your organization, its address and phone number.
  • View the information on administrators.

If you are an administrator, click Manage Organization Account (in the upper-right corner of the pane) to be redirected to the Smart Trading Cloud if you want to view and manage other Smart Trading services that you are subscribed to or subscribe to new ones.
