Programs

On the Programs page of the Partner Portal, as a partner, you can participate only in the enrolled programs and perform the following actions:

On the Active Programs and Inactive Programs tabs, you can:

  • View all the active and inactive programs to which you have been enrolled.
  • View information on each active and inactive program, such as the program status, the name of an organization and a user who enrolled you in their program, the date when you were enrolled, an enrollment purpose and a description of the program.
  • View the number of tasks in each status for a specific active or inactive program.
  • Click the name of each program to be redirected to a certain program's page to view the details of the program.

    On a certain program's page, you can:

  • View the total count of tasks and the number of mandatory tasks.
  • View the number of tasks in the statuses: Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Skipped, Pending Approval, Rejected.
  • Click each task to view its details, such as a status, partner, the date when a certain task was created.
  • When a certain task has the status In Progress, you can execute, skip, or mark a task as complete. If execution of a certain task results in any error, you can re-execute the specific task.

In the Invitations pane of the Programs page, you can view your program invites for the programs to which you are enrolled.

You can also self-enroll in a certain program but only if self-enrollment is allowed in this program.

To self-enroll in a program:

  1. On the Programs page, at the top right, click Programs Available to Enroll.
  2. In the Programs Available to Enroll pane, select a program to which you want to self-enroll, click Enroll, and then click Confirm.

After you self-enroll in a specific program, this program becomes available on the Active Programs tab of the Programs page.
