App Switcher and My Profile panes

You can switch to any of your Smart Trading Cloud applications, as well as view the details and contact information on your organization account right from the navigation bar.

Alerts and notifications

You can create alerts on the metrics that you upload to the Cloud Monitoring service and configure the service to trigger automatic notifications. This helps you start troubleshooting quickly when there are anomalies and unexpected behavior in your system.

With the Monitoring service, you can:

  • Set accurate configuration settings to exclude irrelevant alert triggers
  • Receive email and SMS notifications when alerts are triggered and resolved
  • View the Alerts Archive to analyze resolved alerts and to find possible ways for system optimizations, and so on.

Metrics visualization

You can upload your system metrics to the Monitoring service and transform them into user-friendly charts to analyze the load on the system, the throughput rate, CPU and RAM usage, and so on. Charts help you understand the overall trends and health of your system and quickly identify issues and anomalies to ensure a fast resolution.

Events view

You can upload event records to the Monitoring service to track your system’s performance more efficiently. On the Monitoring service web portal, you can:

  • View events in clear, legible form
  • Select which event properties to display
  • Search and filter events by their attributes and timestamp.
