After you sign in to the Member Consent service, to access all the sections, provide information on your profile first in the Profile Registration section. This information, such as your name, email address, phone and fax numbers, and so on, will be available to your members and their health plans when they sign in to the Member Consent service.
![]() To be able to sign in to the Member Consent service, you will need a Smart Trading account. To start using the Member Consent service as a нealth plan administrator:
After you sign in to the Member Consent service, provide information on your organization and set up an identity provider for members' and authorized representatives' authorization using the Organization Settings page. This information (your organization's logo, name, type, address, phone and fax numbers, and so on) will be available to your members and their authorized representatives, such as a spouse, a nurse, parents, lawyers, and so on when they sign in to the Member Consent service using the unique portal URL of the Member Consent service that is issued for your organization and view your health plan details.
