Profile Registration

Note To get access to the consents and members in the Member Consent service, sign all the registration documents and fill in all the profile details mandatory fields.

In the Profile Registration section of the Authorized Representative: My Profile page, you, as an authorized representative, can enter/edit the following details of your profile:

• Address
• City
• State
• Zip
• Phone
• Fax

In the Authorized Representative Agreement(s) section, complete your registration process to access members details and their consents. This section displays all the registration documents configured by your members' health plan administrator that you need to sign to get access to the Member Consent service. In the Authorized Representative Agreement(s) section, you can:

• View all the documents that you need to sign with details, such as the document name and the status (Pending Signature);
• Sign a certain document by clicking the document. Once signed, the document is assigned the Signed status. The member will receive an email with reconciliation details on this document.
• Download the signed documents.
