Data Submissions

As a program owner

If you have defined the data submission frequency (anything other than "Adhoc") within a program, SDC auto-generates some placeholder submissions. Submitters can use these placeholder submissions to submit data.

For example, if a program has a weekly data submission frequency, SDC creates submissions for the current or the ongoing week and the following week (image below). However, submitters can create their own submissions for any week, when they have to submit data.

As a submitter

After you accept a program invitation and the program status is "Active," you can start submitting data within the program. You can submit data using two methods:

• Forms - You can use the User-Interface forms to submit data.
• Upload - You can upload the data files.
• View - You can view reminders related to overdue submissions
