For your security, you can restrict MFT agents by their IPs. You can create a list of authorized IPs from where your agent or your users' or application users' agents can access the MFT server. This prevents the agents from accessing the MFT server from the IP addresses you do not trust. To enforce this security, you can add an IP mask to be used by your trusted agent or your users' or application users' trusted agents.

Work with Your Agent's Client

In your agent's client, you can:

  • View your agent's status and details.
  • View the automatically created folder structure for data exchange through an MFT agent.
  • Search for a transmission.
  • Search for transmissions in an inbox.
  • View all the transmissions or only the transmissions with errors.

On the XES Cloud MFT Agent page of your agent's client, you can perform the same actions as on the Transmissions page of the MFT service web portal.

On the Transmission Navigator tab, you can also view your folders' tree structure and select the incoming or outgoing transmissions in an inbox.
