Work with a Dashboard

On the Dashboard page of the CAQH Endpoint Directory, you can view the updates from your partners, as well as the current statistics on your applications, endpoints, and profile, namely:

  • How complete your organization profile is. The more information you provide about your organization, the more partners may want to establish a connection with you. Click the pane Organization Profile Completion to navigate to the section Organization Profile to view the information on your organization or to edit the organization information, if you are an administrator.
  • How many of your applications and endpoints are published, approved to be published, being under review, or not submitted for review yet. You can click each pane to navigate to the sections Application or Endpoints to view the lists with all the applications or endpoints, to search for certain application/endpoint or to manage them, if you are an administrator.

You can view recent notifications:

  • On your partnership connections (who accepted/rejected your connection requests, sent requests to you, and so on).
  • On updates in the CAQH Endpoint Directory, such as publication of new applications and endpoints by your partners.
  • On the statuses of the applications, endpoints, and test scenarios (which application/endpoint/test scenario is submitted for review, approved, or rejected).
  • When an application/endpoint is approved, but the organization profile has not been published yet.
  • When a certain partner, who has approved your connection request, publishes an endpoint or application to the CAQH Endpoint Directory.
  • On the statuses of the organization profile review (approved/rejected).
  • Related to the order form workflow (an order form is initiated/accepted/rejected).
  • When a CAQH administrator approves or rejects your claim of discovered organizations/endpoints.
  • When a CAQH administrator accepts your rating with review comments for an application or endpoint and your review gets published.
  • When a CAQH administrator rejects your rating with review comments an application or endpoint and your review gets discarded.
  • When a CAQH administrator unpublishes your rating with review comments an application or endpoint from the Directory.
  • When your review for an application or endpoint is deleted from the Directory.
  • When a CAQH administrator publishes a quality report for your organization.
  • When a certain endpoint is no longer responding.

An email notification is sent to you, as a user, when:

  • CAQH approves a subscription/account creation request.
  • CAQH approves/rejects your organization profile.
  • The profile of your organization is accepted/rejected.
  • CAQH approves/rejects an application/endpoint with/without test scenarios.
  • A certain application/endpoint of your partner is published.
  • A certain test scenario for a certain application/endpoint is approved/rejected.
  • A certain application/endpoint is approved when the organization has not been published yet.
  • A certain application/endpoint is rejected.
  • A certain application/endpoint is automatically published once approved.
  • A certain order form needs to be re-attested.
  • A certain endpoint is no longer valid.
  • Your organization profile's published data needs to be re-attested.

    Note An email notification is sent to you only if you have signed the order form.

  • You have not yet uploaded documents related to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) registration for CAQH verification after you published your organization profile.

In the left pane of the CAQH Endpoint Directory, on the navigation bar, you can also view the notifications.

Note Only account administrators and superusers can view the notifications. If you do not have access permissions, contact your account administrator.

Note If you remove a notification from the dashboard, it will be removed for all the users (administrators and superusers) of your organization account.

You can use the following buttons on each tile:

Organization Profile Completion

  • Complete Organization Profile: Click to enter information on your organization's profile when the profile is in the In Progress, Pending Approval, Rejected status.
  • Manage Organization Profile: Click to edit information on your organization's profile when the profile is in the Approved or Published status.

Applications

  • Register Application: click to register an application when there are no applications registered in the CAQH Endpoint Directory.
  • Manage Applications: click to edit a certain application when there is at least one application registered in the CAQH Endpoint Directory.

Endpoints

  • Register Endpoint: click to register an endpoint when there are no endpoints registered in the CAQH Endpoint Directory.
  • Manage Endpoints: click to edit a certain endpoint when there is at least one endpoint registered in the CAQH Endpoint Directory.
