Notifications

Notifications are system-generated updates that help you monitor and stay informed on the progress made by your partners. You can view and dismiss the notifications for various events through the user interface. You receive a notification for any one or all of the following:

• When you receive a program invite.
• When a partner accepts or declines your program invite.
• When a partner is dis-enrolled from the program.
• When a program that you are enrolled in is modified.
• When a program that you are enrolled in becomes active.
• When a program that you are enrolled in ends.
• When a program is suspended.
• When program participant marks a program completed.
• When a program participant marks a task completed.
• When a program participant submits the task for approval.
• When a program owner approves a submitted task.
• When a program owner rejects a submitted task.
• When a partner signs in to the Partner Portal.
• When a partner accepts/declines invites, manages programs and tasks, and so on on the Partner Portal.
• When a partner self-enrolls in a certain program.
• When a new issue is created/updated if you are an issue owner and an assignee.

To view program-specific notifications, click the notifications icon next to the program name. You can also view program specific notifications when you view the details of the program.

To view all the notifications with their total number, in the left pane of Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service, click the section Notifications ( on the toolbar).
