User Notes

In the Guideline Editor of the Smart Trading Cloud Repository, you can add descriptive text to guideline nodes in the form of user notes. User notes help you store company- or industry-specific implementation details for the node.

You can view all the user notes of a selected node, add and remove notes, change the order they are displayed, as well as edit them and select which user notes to print.

Note When you remove a note in the User Notes section of the Guideline Editor, the note is removed from the selected guideline node only. However, if you change the notes' order, the changes are applied to all nodes within the node types group. To learn how node types are grouped, click here.
