Below is a step-by-step instruction on how to generate machine-readable files and make them available on the service's web page: 1. Prepare data filesTo ensure correct data conversion, the service offers you ready-made templates for files you have to prepare. When you first logs in to the service, you are redirected to the Machine Readable Files page where you can find the list of templates available for download. 2. Upload the data files to the serviceOnce all the data files are ready, upload them one-by-one:
All the data files you uploaded are displayed in the Data Files Repository pane. 3. Generate machine-readable filesTo convert the uploaded data files to the required machine-readable format:
The machine-readable files are generated with the following names: [YYYY-MM-DD]_[payer or issuer name]_[plan name]_[file type name].[file extension], for example 2022-01-01_YourHealthPlan_Medicare_in-network-rates.json 4. Publish machine-readable filesIf you didn't select Publish automatically upon successful generation when generating machine-readable files:
Now your members, providers, and any third-parties can view and download your rates published in a machine-readable format at tcns.sandbox.kollab.link. |
