Set Document Properties

When working with guideline documents, you can set their properties by using the Document Properties dialog.

To set the properties for the guideline document:

  1. In the Guideline Editor, on the toolbar, click Document Properties ().
  2. In the Document Properties dialog, click Edit.
  3. Enter information into any of the following optional fields:
  4. Title: A user-defined title of the implementation guideline.
  5. Subject: A user-defined area where a subject can be entered.
  6. Author: The name of the party who created the document.
  7. Version: The version of the guideline.
  8. Publication Date: The publication date of the document.
  9. Trading Partner: The name of the trading partner.
  10. Company: The company creating the guideline.
  11. Keywords: User-specific keywords that describe the guideline.
  12. Document Status: The status of the guideline - Draft or Final.
  13. Click Cancel to cancel the applied changes or click Save to save the properties you entered.
