Set Access Permissions
Note If you are not an administrator, you can skip this section.
On the Settings page (
on the toolbar), you, as an administrator, can manage access permissions for user groups to provide access to specific log entries by creating and assigning access rules.
To create or edit log access rule:
- On the Settings page, click the Log Access Rule tab.
- Click Create New.
- or -
Select the access rule you want to edit, and then click Edit.
- In Edit Log Access Rule, in Rule Name, enter a name for the new rule or edit an existing rule name.
- In Access Criteria, click Add and select the log attribute to which you want to give access.
- Select the condition (for example, is, is not, is one of, is not one of, exists, not exists, and so on) and enter a value if the corresponding field appears.
- To add more attributes, repeat Steps 4 and 5.
- Click Save to create the access rule and/or save your changes.
The new access rule is added to the Rule Name list. To remove the data access rule, click
next to the rule.
After you create the data access rule, you can assign it to specific user group(s). To create user groups and add users to them, go to your Smart Trading Cloud profile at https://auth.sandbox.kollab.link/. To open your Smart Trading Cloud profile, click
on the left navigation bar, and then click Manage Organization Account.
To set group permissions:
- On the Settings page, click the Group Permissions tab, and then select a user group.
- In Group Permissions: <UserGroupName> section, configure the following:
- In General Permissions, select Read and/or Write access to the selected source.
- In Log Access Rule, expand and select the rule to access logs.
