Work with ApplicationsNote Access to this section is based on the type of your subscription. If you do not have access permissions, contact a CAQH administrator. The CAQH Endpoint Directory is a platform where vendor organizations can register their applications for payers (health plans) to choose the ones they would like to work with. You, as a vendor, can register an application you offer and create a profile for your application with all the supporting documentation, as well as edit the application profile when updates are required. With the page My Applications, you, as an administrator, can: Note Only an account administrator can work with applications. If you do not have access permissions, contact your account administrator.
After you have registered the application and have created an application profile, your application must pass through the following stages:

In Application Preview, upload the images that demonstrate the features, functionality, and user interface of your application. Submitter InformationThis section contains the questions regarding the submitter information that is a security and compliance evaluation that you complete as a self-assessment of your application's data handling, security, and compliance practices. Before you submit your application for a review and approval, you have to attest whether you are willing to follow the principles specified in the CARIN Code of Conduct in your terms and conditions and privacy practices, answer a set of questions, and sign the legal documents. The information you provide must cover the entire application functionality that is exposed when the application is published. This information is presented to other users, so they can better evaluate your application before they start using it. Also, you can confirm if your organization has received the EHNAC Trusted Dynamic Registration and Authentication Accreditation Program (TDRAAP) accreditation. In the section Submitter Information, follow the instructions on how to see the CARIN Code of Conduct, download, examine, sign, upload the complete submitter documents to the service. Also, enter the information on the person who fills out the application profile and questionnaire.
