Code Lists
The Smart Trading Cloud Repository allows you to work with code lists - sets of code values that are
included in the guideline. You can create a new code list or customize codes in existing lists. When you want to run a check against a new type of code values, for example, a list of zip codes, you have to add new zip codes or state codes.
When you select a code list in the left pane of the Guideline Editor (in the guideline tree), you can perform the following actions with the code list in the right pane:
- Create new codes
- Edit the code list name and key
- View the total number of all/included/excluded codes, as well as select the codes to be displayed (view all the codes of the current list or view included/excluded only)
- Search for a specific code by name or ID
- Copy a code's name or ID to clipboard
- Include/exclude a code from the code list
- Edit a code's name and ID
- Remove a code from the list
- Select several codes to include/exclude or remove
- Select the number of records to be displayed on one page
