Edifecs Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service is a Cloud application that helps you onboard new trading partners and collaborate with your existing trading partners for different business initiatives. By defining and employing a streamlined process in Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service, you can reduce the time and resources required to achieve your business goals.

With Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service, when creating a program, your organization acts as a Program Owner, and when your organization is enrolled into a program by another organization, your organization acts as a Program Participant. You can perform various actions depending on your role. With Onboarding and Testing Cloud Service, you can:

  • Define a step-by-step task-based process for your business initiatives as a part of a program. Enroll partners in the program to complete assigned tasks.
  • Define various tasks to address your business process requirements, such as:
    • Agreement task to get your partner's consent on the Agreement or Terms and Conditions.
    • Data collection task to collect data from your partners by filling in business forms or uploading files.
    • Share information task to share information and documents with your partner.
    • Testing task to configure test scenarios and test steps for your partners to execute.
    • Certificate task to issue a certificate of completion to your partner after all the required tasks have been performed.
    • API Collection task to send a single or a list of API requests defined within the task.
    • Branching task to design various workflows within a program based on the answers provided by a certain partner to a particular question in a certain task.
    • Validation task to validate their EDI transactions against set standards and guidelines.
